Titus Grey from Eco Tourism visited us yesterday (tuesday 29th april). We had to freeze frame on what jobs we were doing like: looking at complaints, being on the phone talking to costumers, etc.
Then we had to think of questions to ask him such as: do you think we are profesinal enough? or do you get the right impresion on travel world?
Also we had to look at the success criteria, and we all picked one thing that we could be responsable for.

In Travel World today, we looked through different brochures to find good describing words which would give us and idea for when we wrote for our own brochure. we all wrote a paragraph about one hotel in our brochures to persuade people to go there themselves. All of them where pretty persuasive! we all worked hard, and it was very fun!! The Brochures really helped us start our paragraphs off!!!!

What are our company values?
What are the environmental costs to tourism in developing nations?
Why should we minimise risk?
