Egypt Expedition!

Earlier this week Top Toy Town flew to Egypt to see the new Egyption exibit in the Cairo museum. We are staying at a hotel called The Marriot Hotel.

Recent events

Our recent events are that we've had a letter from Nicola Winters saying that she wants some egyptian toys made for the gift shop at the British Museum. Top Toy Town have desined them and there adverts for them and next week we will be making them. But today Nicola is coming to see our progress we are very excited but nervous its all a big event since she came earlier in the week and she told us lots of efeciant things.We have also made our radio braodcast for our toys aswell its very cool.We've been very busy and it's all a blur but we will get there in the end.

Nicola Winters

today we have had Nicola Winters in to see our presentation, and she thought it was good but a couple of improvements needed in the presentation. Meanwhile Nicola Winters thought that some of our toys are great and kids that have been going to the museum can't wait. They want them as son as pssible.

Osris and Isis

Today we have been drawing pictures of Osisris, Isis and Seth then most of us coloured them in with pastels or with paint and after that we took pictures of them and we are putting them on a power point to send to Nicola Winters from the British museum.

Our new mantle for this term is about Ancient Egypt. We have a company set up and we design toys to engage children with history. Read this blog to find out more about our learning.

We have now finished our mantle project. Trevor was thrilled that his farm was saved. We still don't know who let the chickens out.
